About the Speaker
Igor Bychkov is the Academician of RAS, Ph.D., Professor, Director of the Matrosov Institute for System Dynamics and Control Theory of SB RAS (ISDCT SB RAS), Deputy Chairman of SB RAS for scientific work – Director of the Irkutsk Division of the SB RAS.
Igor Bychkov is a member of a number of scientific and expert councils and editorial boards of scientific journals. He is an expert for the Russian Scientific Foundation and the Russian Academy of Sciences. He leads a number of national and international research projects. His main interests include artificial intelligence, geoinformation systems, web technologies, systems of intelligent data analysis, mathematical modeling, Big Data and cloud computing.
Igor Bychkov is the author and co-author of more than 400 publications, including 15 collective monographs. Under his leadership, 8 candidate and 3 doctor dissertations were completed and defended.

About the Speaker
Gribova V.V. is a specialist in the field of fundamentals of the creation of applied and instrumental artificial intelligence systems, author and co–author of 400 scientific papers. Main scientific results of Gribova V.V.:
- a unique set of models, methods, technologies for automating the development of applied and instrumental artificial intelligence (AI) systems based on declarative ontological knowledge bases with semantic representation, with the implementation of all solutions on the IACPaaS cloud platform (more than 600 users in Russia and abroad) has been created;
- software shells that have no analogues have been developed for classes of tasks in medicine, laser additive manufacturing, technical diagnostics, logistics, etc., providing the creation of applied AI systems without programming with the generation of explanations;
- models and methods for automating the design of intelligent user interfaces (including 3D scenes) are proposed and implemented based on an ontological approach based on their declarative model, as well as extensible methods for evaluating the quality of interfaces.
Gribova V.V. – member of the editorial boards of 9 journals, Vice-President of the Russian Association of AI, a member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission, expert of the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, a member of 2 dissertation councils.

Chairman of the Khabarovsk Branch of the Russian Association of Artificial Intelligence, member of the section “Earth Observations and Research from Space” of the Space Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Zeljko Stojanov received PhD degree in Computer science and applied informatics at University of Novi Sad, Serbia. He works as a full professor at University of Novi Sad, Technical Faculty ”Mihajlo Pupin” Zrenjanin, Serbia.
He has over fifteen years of experience working with small software companies as a software developer and as a consultant in the fields of software development, software maintenance and process improvement. His research interests are in the fields of software engineering, software architectures, software life cycle, business informatics, learning and knowledge management, engineering education, and human aspects of software engineering.
He is author of scientific papers published in refereed journals and in the proceedings of international conferences. He participated in several research and industrial projects at national and international levels. He is the member of IEEE and ACM.

About the Speaker
Andrei Tchernykh is a Dr. of Phys.-Math. Sciences, Full Professor in the Computer Science Department, CICESE Research Center, Ensenada, Baja California, México, and Adjunct Chief Scientist at the Institute for System Programming of the RAS.
At CICESE, he is the Head of the "Laboratory of Parallel and Cloud Computing." He is a founding member of the Mexican Supercomputer Society (RedMexSu), a Regional President of the Global Association for Academic Supervision (GAAS) Latin America, a member of the Mexican National Researchers System (SNI Level 3), a member of IEEE, Amexcomp, RedMexSu, and REDMIS.
He led research projects in different countries, published more than 360 research articles in leading international journals and conferences, and served as a Chair at more than 50 international conferences and a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member at over 260 conferences.
He has supervised and graduated 50 Ph.D. and M.S. students and served as the External Examiner for Ph.D. students in Germany, Luxembourg, India, France, and other countries.
He is an editorial board member of several journals and served as a Guest Editor for special issues for major scientific publishing houses, including Elsevier, Springer, MDPI, etc.
