Matrosov Institute for System Dynamics and Control Theory of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Irkutsk, Russia) and CICESE Research Center (Ensenada, Mexico) invite you to participate in the 7th International Workshop on Information, Computation, and Control Systems for Distributed Environments (ICCS-DE 2025), which will take place in Irkutsk, Russia (July 7-11, 2025).

This workshop addresses the theory and practice in developing information, computing, and control systems related to different subject domains of information, technical, economic, and other fields of human activity. Special attention will be paid to the systems that function in various distributed environments. The languages of the workshop are English and Russian.

    Workshop Program



    Call for papers

    Articles are accepted in Russian and English languages.

    Only previously unpublished scientific works that have not been submitted for consideration to other conferences or journals are accepted for the workshop. Two types of manuscripts are accepted:

    • A short article with a length of 4-8 pages in Russian or English for the following scientific events:
      • Plenary Session
      • Lecture Session
      • Section on Information, Computation, and Telecommunication Systems
      • Section on Mathematical Modeling Complex Systems
      • Section on Intelligent Systems
      • Oriented Section on Information and Computation Technologies for Studying Modern Energy Systems
      • Oriented Section on Digital Technologies for Environmental Monitoring of the Baikal Natural Territory
    • Abstracts with a length of 2-3 pages in Russian or English for sections of young scientists and schoolchildren.

    Manuscripts are accepted only in electronic form on the ICCS-DE 2025 website through the registration form. When registering, participants must upload the manuscript in PDF format and a zip archive with its source version in DOCX or LaTex formats.

    Manuscript formatting templates in CEURART style:

    All articles submitted for the workshop will be reviewed by an expert committee. Articles accepted based on the reviews will be published in the ICCS-DE 2025 proceedings, which are indexed in RSCI*.


    * Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI, "РИНЦ" - in Russian) - bibliographic database of scientific publications in Russian. Here it does not mean the Russian core of the platform of Web of Science.

    registration fee

    The registration fee will depend on the participation form (virtual or physical). In the case of virtual participation, no fee is charged. The fee value for physical participation will be determined later.



    Workshop Participants



    Instructions for Speakers

    At least one of the authors of an accepted manuscript must present their paper at a session, either online or offline, according to the Workshop Program.

    Online participation will take place on the Zoom platform. The connection link will be sent to participants via email. Presentation slides should be prepared in English or Russian. Additionally, online presenters must submit their presentations no later than July 6, 2025.

    Presentation Guidelines:

    • Plenary Session: 30 minutes for a speech and 10 minutes for questions. Language of presentation - Russian or English;
    • Lecture Session: 30 minutes for a lecture and 10 minutes for questions. Language of presentation - Russian or English;
    • Section for Young Scientists: 10 minutes for a speech and 5 minutes for questions. Language of presentation - Russian or English;
    • Section for Schoolchildren: 10 minutes for a speech and 5 minutes for questions. Language of presentation - Russian or English;
    • Other Sections: 15 minutes for a speech and 5 minutes for questions. Language of presentation - Russian or English.
