Matrosov Institute for System Dynamics and Control Theory of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Irkutsk, Russia) and CICESE Research Center (Ensenada, Mexico) invite you to participate in the 4th International Workshop on Information, Computation, and Control Systems for Distributed Environments (ICCS-DE 2022), which will take place in Irkutsk, Russia (July 4-8, 2022).
This workshop addresses the theory and practice in developing information, computing, and control systems related to different subject domains of information, technical, economic, and other fields of human activity. Special attention will be paid to the systems that function in various distributed environments. The languages of the workshop are English and Russian.
All news information related to holding the workshop will be presented in the NEWS section of the workshop website.
We will be monitoring the COVID-19 situation. If this situation will favourable, we will hope for the physical presence of the workshop participants. Otherwise, we will allow authors to present their accepted work remotely. For any questions arising with your participation, please contact the Organizing Committee Chair.

We propose to the participants of the ICCS-DE 2022 three options for preparing papers, presented in the following table.

Authors have to prepare their papers using the Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates indicated on the workshop website. These templates include additional information related the workshop. The template-based prepared papers need to be converted to PDF format for submitting through the EasyChair Conference System. |

1. Papers submitted to the Proceedings of ICCS-DE 2022 are accepted in Russian or English and are reviewed by an experts. All papers accepted after reviewing will be published in the Proceedings of ICCS-DE 2022, indexed in the RSCI.
2. Papers submitted to the special issue Scientific Data Processing and Analysis of the journal Applied Sciences are accepted in English and reviewed by experts. All papers accepted after reviewing will be recommended for publication in this special issue***. Authors of each recommended paper may choose special issue guest editors as potential reviewers while submitting a paper through the SUSY system.
3. Papers submitted to the special issue Advanced Information, Computation, and Control Systems for Distributed Environments of the journal Computation are accepted in English and reviewed by experts. All papers accepted after reviewing will be recommended for publication in this special issue***. Authors of each recommended paper may choose special issue guest editors as potential reviewers while submitting a paper through the SUSY system.
Information about additional special issues of the journals will be added as they are organized.
At least one of the authors of the accepted paper for ICCS-DE 2022 is required to present it during the workshop session according to the program that will be shared on the workshop site. The presentation slides should be prepared in English.
Each co-authors of reports will receive a certificate of participation in electronic form.
Applied Sciences: Special Issue "Scientific Data Processing and Analysis"
Computation: Special Issue "Advanced Information, Computation, and Control Systems for Distributed Environments"
No fee is charged for both virtual or physical participation.
At least one of the authors of the accepted paper is required to present a report in online or offline modes according to the Workshop Program, which will be posted on the workshop website soon.
Online participation will take place on the Zoom platform. A link to the virtual session will be sent to the workshop participants by e-mail. The presentation slides should be prepared in English. In addition, the online participants have to send their presentations no later than July 02, 2022.
You can upload your video and (or) presentation to any cloud storage (for example, dropmefiles.com) and send a link to the organizers to roman@kostromin.net.
