Start of report registrations and paper submissions: March 1, 2023
Deadline for Submission:
May 26, 2023
June 2, 2023
Notification of Acceptance: June 15, 2023
Submission of Final Manuscripts: June 22, 2023
Workshop: July 3–7, 2023
The seminar accepts scientific papers that have not been published before and are not submitted for consideration to other conferences or journals. There are two types of manuscripts are accepted:
Manuscripts are accepted only in electronic form on the ICCS-DE 2023 website through the registration form. When registering, participants must upload the manuscript in PDF format and a zip archive with its source version in DOCX or LaTex formats.
All manuscripts accepted after reviewing will be published in the Proceedings of ICCS-DE 2023 indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI, "РИНЦ" – in Russian) – the bibliographic database of scientific publications in Russian. Here it does not mean the Russian core of the platform of Web of Science.
Manuscript preparations templates in the CEURART paper style:
Each participant can suggest non-affiliated potential reviewers of his manuscript.
At least one of the authors of the accepted manuscript for ICCS-DE 2023 is required to present it during the workshop session according to the program that will be posted on the workshop website. The presentation slides should be prepared in English.
All participants of the seminar will receive a certificate of participation in electronic form.
Based on the results of the review, selected manuscripts can be recommended for publication in one of the special issues of Applied Sciences (Web of Science Q2, Scopus Q2) and Computation (Scopus Q2) journals. In this regard, participants during registration can indicate one of the special issues in which it is supposed to submit an additional extended paper.
Instructions for preparation and submission of extended papers can be found on the corresponding pages of the Special Issues:
Applied Sciences: Special Issue "Scientific Data Processing and Analysis" *
Computation: Special Issue "Advanced Information, Computation, and Control Systems for Distributed Environments II" **
Papers in English are submitted to the Special Issues through the SUSY system and are considered by the reviewers of the corresponding journal.
*A discount for Article Processing Charge (APC) for workshop participants is evaluated individually after it acceptance by the journal Applied Sciences editors.
**A 30% to 50% discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC) will be provided to workshop participants after it acceptance by the journal Computation editors.
Previous Special Issues:
"Advanced Information, Computation, and Control Systems for Distributed Environments"
The registration fee will depend on the participation form (virtual or physical). In the case of virtual participation, no fee is charged. The fee value for physical participation will be determined later.
At least one of the authors of the accepted paper is required to present a report in online or offline modes according to the Workshop Program.
Online participation will take place on the Zoom platform. A link to the virtual session will be sent to the workshop participants by e-mail. The presentation slides should be prepared in English. In addition, the online participants have to send their presentations no later than July 02, 2023.
You can upload your video and (or) presentation to any cloud storage (for example, dropmefiles.com) and send a link to the organizers to roman@kostromin.net.
