About the Speaker Igor Bychkov is the Academician of RAS, Ph.D., Professor, Director of the Matrosov Institute for System Dynamics and Control Theory of SB RAS (ISDCT SB RAS), Deputy Chairman of SB RAS for scientific work – Director of the Irkutsk Division of the SB RAS. Igor Bychkov is a member of a number of scientific and expert councils and editorial boards of scientific journals. He is an expert for the Russian Scientific Foundation and the Russian Academy of Sciences. He leads a number of national and international research projects. His main interests include artificial intelligence, geoinformation systems, web technologies, systems of intelligent data analysis, mathematical modeling, Big Data and cloud computing. Igor Bychkov is the author and co-author of more than 400 publications, including 15 collective monographs. Under his leadership, 8 candidate and 3 doctor dissertations were completed and defended. |

About the Speaker Marat Khairetdinov is the Chief researcher of the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics SB RAS, Professor of the Novosibirsk State Technical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. He is a member of the Bureau of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences "Radiophysical Methods for the Study of Seas and Oceans", is a member of the editorial boards of the journals "Siberian Journal of Industrial Mathematics" (VAK, Scopus), "Problems of Informatics" (VAK), is an official expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of 3 dissertations Councils of the Higher Attestation Commission at ICM&MG SB RAS, SIBGUTI, ISI SB RAS. He is a co-author of 7 monographs, two - Elsevier publications. He delivered scientific reports at 15 international conferences in Italy, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Russia. Direction of research: Wave processes, inverse problems of mathematics, geoinformatics, statistical information processing, pattern recognition. |

About the Speaker Zeljko Stojanov received PhD degree in Computer science and applied informatics at University of Novi Sad, Serbia. He works as a full professor at University of Novi Sad, Technical Faculty ”Mihajlo Pupin” Zrenjanin, Serbia. He has over fifteen years of experience working with small software companies as a software developer and as a consultant in the fields of software development, software maintenance and process improvement. His research interests are in the fields of software engineering, software architectures, software life cycle, business informatics, learning and knowledge management, engineering education, and human aspects of software engineering. He is author of scientific papers published in refereed journals and in the proceedings of international conferences. He participated in several research and industrial projects at national and international levels. He is the member of IEEE and ACM. |

About the Speaker Andrei Tchernykh holds a Full Professor position in the Department of Computer Science, CICESE Research Center, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexicoб since 1995, and is an Adjunct Principal Scientist at the ISP RAS - Institute for System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia. He is the director of the "Parallel Computing Laboratory" was the director of the "International Laboratory of Problem-Oriented Cloud Computing" at South Ural State University from 2016 to 2022,. He graduated from the Sevastopol Technical University in 1975. From 1975 to 1990, he worked at the Lebedev Institute of Precision Mechanics and Computer Engineering (IPMCE, ИТМиВТ) of the RAS, a leading center for supercomputer design. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the IPMCE and Dr.Sci. (habilitation) Doctor of Sciences in Physical and Mathematical Sciences from the ISP RAS. He is a founding member of the Mexican Supercomputer Society, a Regional President of the Global Association for Academic Supervision (GAAS) Latin America, and the highest-ranking member of the Mexican National Researchers System (SNI Level 3). He has led several research projects and grants in different countries funded by CONACYT, NSF, ANII, Ochoa, INRIA, FNR, UC MEXUS, DAAD, LAFMI, AMEXCID, ANII, etc. He has published over 360 papers in some of the most distinguished scientific journals and international conferences and served as a TPC member and chair of more than 250 professional peer-reviewed conferences. He has graduated 42 Ph.D. and M.S. students and served as the External Examiner for Ph.D. programs in India, Malaysia, Germany, Luxembourg, Colombia, México, and France. He is awarded a Global Scholars Fellowship at Tsinghua University (China), a German Academic Exchange Service fellowship at the University of Göttingen, Dortmund University, Technical University of Clausthall (Germany), and a Severo Ochoa fellowship at Barcelona Supercomputing Center (Spain). He was an Invited Visiting Researcher at Centre de recherché INRIA Lille - Nord Europe (France), Université Grenoble Alpes (France), Luxembourg University (Luxembourg), Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (France), University of California–Irvine (USA), University of Southern California (USA), Université Joseph Fourier (France), UdelaR (Uruguay), São Paulo University (Brazil), Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), etc. He is an editorial board member of several journals and served as a Guest Editor for special issues for major scientific publishing houses, including Elsevier, Springer, MDPI, etc. Prof. Andrei Tchernykh is engaged in extensive research on grid and cloud research addressing multi-objective resource optimization, both theoretical and experimental, privacy-preserving of Machine Learning, uncertainty, scheduling, heuristics and meta-heuristics, adaptive resource allocation, energy-aware algorithms, and Internet of Things |

About the Speaker Yingjie Wang, who received a doctorate from Harbin Engineering University, is currently a Professor / Associate Dean of the School of Computer and Control Engineering, Yantai University. She is mainly engaged in research work in the fields of group intelligence, service computing, artificial intelligence and so on. She is the leader of the innovation team of the Youth Science and Technology Support Plan of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province, and presides over more than 10 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, especially supported by China postdoctoral Science Foundation, and Shandong Natural Science Foundation. More than 90 academic papers have been published, including 4 highly cited papers by ESI, 1 hot paper, and more than 10 authorized invention patents. She is a senior member of CCF, Chairman of IEEE TCSVC Diversity and Chairman of Publicity. She has won the Service Computing Young Talent Award of Chinese computer Society in 2022, the first prize of Shandong Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award in 2023, the Outstanding Youth Award of Shandong artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award in 2020, the third prize of Shandong Natural Science Award in 2021, the third prize of Shandong University Science and Technology Award in 2020, the heroine of Shandong Province in 2023 and other awards. |
